I missed you like crazy. Don't you ever leave me waiting for this long again!

Dress - Nelly // Rings - Tom Wood // Earrings - Gina Tricot // Bracelets - Gift from Grandma // Booties - Traded

She's a flirt. She's a tease. She's lovely. I put on one of my most summery dresses for her and tried not to cry. She hugged me, and I hugged her back. My ashy skin still sting from her delicious, venomous rays. And all is right in the world.

My first date with summer, 2013.

  2. I really love your pink Nelly dress!!! The colour, the bow, the crochet and the tired ruffles are wonderful. I'm glad it finally got warm enough there for you to wear it. Your long hair looks beautiful too.

    1. Thank you, Jenmarie! I have a weakness for ruffles, and though I rarely wear them - I have at least five different ruffled dresses :O Such a girl!

  7. I like how poetic that text that came with this post is! I also like the mist in the photos. I know it's warm because of the dress, but the mist makes the feeling a bit cold. It's a great contrast, though probably unintentional!

    1. Thank you so much! It was completely intentional, and it's not real mist - just a trick I learned from another photographer ^^, It was really warm the day I took these photos, probably the warmest day of the year - so I'm glad I managed to create this mystical effect ;)
