If history has taught us anything; it is to be patient - and to be strong.

I decided to publish the pictures from my epic shoot with Sofie here as well. I'm so pleased with how it all turned out; proud even! Going from outfit posts to portraits of historical women is quite a leap. I struggled at times, but I had plenty of guidance from a fantastic team of women, who are all artists on their own.

This was our interpretation of Frida Kahlo, Audrey Hepburn, Queen Elisabeth I, Marie Curie, Susan B. Anthony, Jeanne D'arc, Marie Antoinette, Amelia Earheart, Virgin Mary and Cleaopatra

Let me know what you think; good or bad!

  5. I must say that I love all of them. The Joan of Arc had me going for Boudicca actually, or a Viking queen - ok, I confess I have a strong penchant for anything viking, so... - but my fave is Marie Curie. I honestly thought it was Virginia Wolf, how delusional am I? All are amazing, and you should be damn proud. Besides your obvious and natural physical beauty you are one hell of a model, you can fit any role and thats great work.

These are all so beautiful - not just the pictures, but the thoughts behind them and the look in your eyes that changes with each persona: the determined Cleopatra, the distracted Marie Curie, the benign Mary, ...
