Blue is indeed one of my favorite colors, especially deep ones like this. I had some trouble styling this beauty, though - mostly because it makes such a strong statement itself. I didn't want to go with another regular tights/top outfit - so I layered it up with a ruffle-dress, t-shirt and a vintage belt to make it more interesting.
Grade-wise, I'd have to give this Daydream Nation jacket a two out of five possible hearts. The spikes are just too much and I'm probably a bit weird, but I like an uneven number of buttons on my clothes. The blue knitting is of course really appealing to me and it is comfortable: but, it's heavy on the top - which makes it glide down my back. I'm not into complex clothing, I like to keep it simple and I prefer not having to constantly straighten my clothes every five minutes.
That said; I want to thank you guys SO much for all the wonderful compliments on my DIY high-waisted knit mini-shorts! I'm really glad you like it, especially since I've never created something like that before! Now I'm even more eager to continue exploring with different DIY projects!
I'm wearing Daydream Nation jacket from Coiincos, ruffle-dress from Jennifer Taylor, t-shirt from White Trash, vintage belt, tights from BikBok and shoes via Nelly.com This is a part of my collaboration with the Korean site; Iyozo.
