Mindfulness through photography
Photography is just as much a practice in mindfulness as it is an art form for me. From I was a child playing with my parents camera to my first Polaroid wannabe in the 90’s, I’ve always loved capturing moments in time either on film or digitally. I soon developed a love for black and white photography as well, where contrasts and a million different shades of grey mesmerized me more than colors could ever do. It’s something about the mood of black and white photography, and how it leaves so much room for imagination. I have no formal training, only intuition and an eye for details.
