When it snows, you have two choices: shovel or make snow angels!

I decided to wear this sweater again to show you why I thought it was a versatile piece. It's a much more romantic approach, and though I really liked how it felt and looked with the leather pants; my inner romantic likes this even better.

My lover helped me take these pictures. I'm wearing the Pixie geo cropped sweater (again), BikBok floral skirt, Cubus belt, Asos heels and pocket-watch via Ebay.

It's that time of the month again! Here's a recap of my wearings throughout March. It's the longest addition to my series of moving pictures to this date! I look completely silly, and I love it! Do share your thoughts!

All this time, you have had it in you. Just sometimes need a push.

Are these pictures as messy as I feel they are? I normally don't like using buildings and bikes and man-made things as the backdrop of my pictures; but I felt like challenging myself today. I'm of course not giving up on my usual natural surroundings, but while the snow is melting and there is water and ponds everywhere; I might as well just play around with these bikes. I am indeed abusing my neon pink lipstick these days, just in case you were wondering. I have fallen completely in love with it. What do you think? Is it a big yay or nay?

I'm wearing Monki skirt and over-sized tee, Kmart tights, Fashionology necklace, gifted bracelet which actually is my lovers and Stradivarius shoes. Title from Maria Menas song "All this time".

Interview | Make the World a Prettier Place

"Barbro Andersen is - without a doubt - my favourite blogger. I wanted to include her in my WHO'S THAT GIRL series for a while but was too shy to ask her for an interview. I gathered my courage last week and finally asked her. Being the sweetie that she is, she agreed! I have been reading her blog for over a year and while I know a lot about her tastes in fashion, I realized that I wanted to know more about her personal life. She answered all my questions - which were not easy - with candor and I could not thank her enough. - Marie "

Interview | By Anika

"I am a self worth activist, supportive of everyones right to define their own worth and use what ever labels on them selves they choose, be that fat, curvy or straight sized, homosexual, heterosexual or transgendered. It is not the label I am interested in, my focus is the person. I have chosen to ask everyone I feature the same questions, regardless of their amount of followers and size, something that has caused some controversy, but that is ok. I welcome dialouge, that is what expands our horizons, love and understanding of each other. You can read my manifesto on self worth here: “Who gets to label my self worth? I do!”. Today it is my great pleasure to spread the love for my fellow Norwegian, the stunning and inspiring Barbro of Barbro Andersen. I love how creative, caring and supportive Barbro is!"

When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

Simple. Comfortable. Easy. Sometimes all you need is a few items to feel great, and today those items are these. What I like about this particular sweater is that it versatile and easy to incorporate into my outfits. It's a great piece to play around with, either to dress up or to dress down. I can wear it with just about everything depending on my mood; from these leathery pants to my little white dress, from my little black dress to the most adorable floral skirt ever. I like that.

/edit: Here's a closer look at the sweater. Sorry for hiding it with a scarf in all of my pictures!

If you haven’t achieved it yet, what do you have to lose?

Last night I pressed "publish post", and ran to the bedroom. My heart was pounding so hard and I was sweating like a little piglet. I couldn't sleep for hours, but it was worth it. Is funny how small things like these are so difficult, isn't it? But what do I have to loose? Absolutely nothing. So, I wanted to say thank you for welcoming a little piece of my personality and for commenting on my previous post, you know - that poem thingy. I've been writing ever since I was a little girl; in my journals or short stories, essays and poetry. I'm so glad to see that you like it, because it's such a personal thing, I think. At least it is for me.

I wrote you a poem because you said you would read it

She is dancing;
barely there, barely aware
- inside her cremated mind.
Remembering things that never was,
forgetting things she never knew.
She is waiting.
For life.
For time.

For she is oblivious,
unaware that she is dreaming;
she clings to her dance
and refuses to let go.
But, she stumbles
- and broken by the mirrors
within her imaginary studio,
she judges her own reflection;
without knowing why.

What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?

Tight clothes and I usually don't go so well together, but I have to admit that this dress from Pixie is one of the tight things I really like. It's knitted, which you guys know I LOVE, and the proportions of the dress looks quite flattering on me. The zipper details and geometrically shaped patterns doesn't exactly make it any less pretty; if you know what I mean! Needless to say, I'm in love.

I'm wearing this geo dress from Pixie, Fashionology necklace, Joy bracelet (which my sisters gave me) and those GoJane booties of mine. Neon pink lips via The Body Shop. As I was clicking my way over to Pixies webshop I noticed that it's not sale right now; so if you like what you see you can get it for $35.

Introducing Pixie!

Meet my newest sponsor;
I'd like to start by introducing the brand itself in this post; then show my interpretation of items within their collections in other posts. This way I am completely open about the sponsorship, and there are no doubts regarding the issues of "hidden promotions" and such. I always share my honest opinions, even if the outcome unflattering.

Pixie is an independent UK based fashion label specializing in knitwear, and as a self-proclaimed knitnut, this collaboration is a dream come true for me. Pixie was founded in 2008: born on a foundation of love for gorgeous, fun, great quality, sexy knitwear. It was even snapped up in its first season by Topshop and stocked in its iconic Oxford Street store: which in my opinion says a lot! Pixie can be found in some of the best retailers from the UK through Europe, Canada and the USA and is fast becoming the knitwear brand of choice for celebrities and bloggers. Pixie is committed to bringing the newest, best quality, fashion knitwear available. I asked the designer some questions beforehand.

Who are you?

I am Vicky, I design the collection. I trained at the Royal College of Art in London, after graduating I designed for several international designer brands, I have also designed for the UK high street before setting up Pixie.

Why did you decided to start a knitting-brand?
I love the freedom of being able to design anything that takes your fancy.

Can we expect more collections from you? Are you aiming for seasonal or yearly collections?
We design 3 collections a year, the one we have out at the moment is the Spring Summer collection, there will be another in July and another around September.

You use both cotton and cashmere in your collection; is comfort important to you? Why?
Yes comfort and quality is important to me, when you buy something you want it to feel great and look great.

Are you an eco-friendly brand?

We would love to be but its very difficult at the moment, some of our factories are starting to see the benefits of being eco-friendly and as soon as they are able to we will go for it.

Geometric shapes and structure seem to really influence your designs, as well as a hint of 3D details - like the ruffles and bows. Where do you get your inspiration?
I get my inspiration from all over the place, from what people are wearing, to a great image or picture that will inspire the shapes.

Thanks to Vicky for answering my questions. Now let's see some pictures!

Do you feel like you’ve lived this day a hundred times before?

Some days I get this overwhelming feeling of life itself, it shakes me to the core. Some days I can actually hear myself breathe and spend hours listening to the soundless thump of my own heart beating. Some days I'll watch the hair on my arms slow-dance in the northern winds. Some days I can sense the earth moving underneath my feet, and it feels like the sun is shining straight through my body. Some day is today.
