Now, let's make 2011 the most awesome year yet!

What I Wore : 2010

It's been a really exciting year for me, and I want to sum it all up as best I can in one single post where I share some my favorite wearings throughout the whole year. Not so easy as it seems, I might add. So many pictures to plow through, I wont even tell you the actual number of photos I have saved on my external hard-drive. It's almost embarrassing. I can say that I just moved about 46 GB from my laptop. That's a lot of clicks on my poor Canon. Anyways, here it is; What I Wore - 2010 edition. Hope you like it!As if that wasn't enough; you can easily view the different outfits by clicking on the pictures. I've linked to their original entry. And, if you still want to see more, read more or just follow me around in general, here's my Facebook, Twitter, Chictopia, Lookbook and Tumblr. And, of course, you can stay tuned on my latest posts with Bloglovin'

When in doubt wear red

I was aiming for some cozy Christmas pictures to show you guys, but they just kept looking like something out of an old romance-novel - and not in a good way. The red dress didn't exactly help either. As I might have mentioned, I don't like taking pictures inside - I think they look messy and I just can't seem to get enough light - but since it's been so long since my latest outfit post, I decided to give it a try. So, here is a somewhat dramatic holiday entry - but, I must admit I kind of like how they turned out in the end. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays to those of you who don't celebrate Christmas. Much love!
I'm wearing an old dress from Only, tights from Lindex and shoes via JSFN. Added some pearls and a cardigan later on, which will be in my little holiday-video tomorrow. Quote by Bill Blass

I'm nominated!

Christmas came early this year! My blog is nominated at the Vixen + minMote.no Blog Awards here in Norway, which means I'm up for the title; Fashion Blog of the Year 2010! I'm deeply honored, especially because I don't see myself as a typical "fashion blogger" - which kind of makes it even better! It just means there is room for individuality! I'm nominated alongside some of Norways biggest and best blogs; so just being in that group is awesome. Thank you so much!

It's not all black and white

Nothing innovative. Just my wonderful DIY shorts, and this faux-fur jacket I've been re-discovering these past couple of weeks. Layering with grays and black may seem boring and ordinary; but I do love it. It's so interesting to see how people react to this shorts as well. I wore it to the Lindex + Vixen event last night, and while I was walking around the city people stopped and turned around to take an extra look at what I was wearing. That's so much fun! I'm always so shy and awkward, but this kind of makes up for that in it's own little way.
I'm wearing my DIY knitted high-waisted shorts, Cubus belt, Cubus tights, Cubus stockings, H&M knit sweater, Stradivarius faux-fur jacket and Roots boots. Chic? Hype?
